ISO 9001 QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM

ISO 9001:2015 – it is a quality control system that guarantees top-quality components. Since 2018 SCALMAX has been adopting the most strict quality management system with regard to designing and manufacturing car components (the so-called automotive parts). The ISO 9001 quality control system covers the control in a comprehensive way, starting from the client’s order, through delivery, ending up with the client’s evaluation of cooperation with us. Here are particular stages of the order, production and sale, presented in brief:

– the client’s turning or milling order is recorded in the system
– the machining service date is specified
– the order is transferred into production
– the order is manufactured through CNC machines
– the quality is controlled during production
– the quality is controlled after production
– the method of packing and securing CNC elements is specified
– elements are shipped to the client who ordered the milling/turning service
