Steel vibration/vibro-abrasive machining

The vibro-abrasive machining service is concerned with placing stainless steel/acid-resistant/black steel pieces in the vibrating unit at a specific frequency. The movements of such a unit and treated material may result in the following: rounding of sharp edges with no need to machine them (it may for example facilitate further assembly of manufactured parts), brightening of pieces – you can have the mirror image effect through such a type of treatment, possibly drying of the surface of vibrated elements. The effect is determined by several factors: a type of the input for vibration, its shape, structure, size and type of process-supporting liquid; the vibro-abrasive polishing service can also be performed dry – it depends on the material and need. The unquestionable advantage of such a treatment is a relatively low price, the process does not change dimensions of vibrated elements, yet not all elements are suitable for this treatment.
